Project Manager Structural EngineerA professional who oversees all aspects of a structural engineering project from conception to completion, including design, analysis, construction documentation, site visits, and client communication, utilizing their strong technical expertise in structural engineering principles to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards; they lead a team of engineers and designers, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Position Type: Full TimeOffice: Warrington, PASalary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annuallyResponsibilities:Designing and analyzing existing and proposed structures, including buildings, bridges, culverts, and other infrastructureWork with Architects to provide building/structural engineering servicesSecuring, planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of local, county, and state bridge projects, including permitsBuilding and bridge inspectionsAbility to draft and prepare effective and efficient project proposalsConstruction support services, such as contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget managementUnderstanding of project financials and reporting; maintaining compliance with project budgets.Participate in local civic and professional organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, ASCE, and NSPE to promote the Company.Assist Senior Management with managing and growing the Corporate Structural Engineering Discipline.Assist Senior Management with retention and development of Client relationshipsTransition to developing, managing, and mentoring a staff of Structural Engineers and Structural Designers with financial objectives, including utilization, profit, and overhead.QualificationsRequirements:B.S. in Structural, Civil Engineering or equivalentRegistration as a Professional Engineer in PA is required, and NJ preferred10+ years of general structural engineering experience, including buildings, bridges, and retaining wallsExperience working with ArchitectsExperience working with local and state agenciesExperience working on PennDOT or Turnpike projects is highly preferredProgressive experience working directly with clients and managing all aspects of projectsExcellent communication, project management, and client relation skillsStrong organization and leadership skills with a track record for understanding and adhering to contractual requirementsSome AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferredKnowledge of structural design software, including PennDOT programsWhy is This a Great OpportunityIf you're looking for a dynamic role with growth potential and the chance to make a difference in community infrastructure, apply today!
