Role Description The Project Manager role at Dream Zone is a full-time, on-site position based in Strongsville, OH. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role involves monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, managing logistics and expediting needs, and ensuring inspection and quality standards are consistently met. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, support process improvements, and maintain clear documentation to support effective project execution.
Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and oversight of project deliverables.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions, ensuring timely movement of materials, information, and approvals.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, shipments, and on-site activities efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in an on-site project coordination or management role is preferred.
