Project Manager - Mechanical Construction
Location: Sterling, VA (On-site, Flexible Hours)
Salary: Up to $140,000 Base + Bonus

Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and delivery.
- Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, BIM teams, and general contractors.
- Manage submittals, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful project execution.
- Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively across project teams.
- Collaborate with fabrication and construction teams to improve project efficiency.
Requirements
- Project Management experience within mechanical contracting, HVAC, piping, or MEP construction.
- Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes and project financials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- General contractor backgrounds considered with relevant mechanical experience.
- Degree not required; practical experience is prioritized.
