Experience working with technical leads to ensure corrective actions are developed, validated, and approved and that critical issues that pose a significant risk to a production program are resolved. The EPM will be responsible for both production support as well as sustainment activities. This will be accomplished by providing engineering leadership of a cross-functional team with responsibility and authority to deliver key products within schedule, budgetary, and technical constraints.
