Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements. This role will serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project finances, and proactively addressing risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, statements of work, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, communicating project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and maintain project documentation.
- Manage vendors and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings and hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in manufacturing, engineering, or product development.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and scope control.
- Experience with Earned Value Management and stage-gate development processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and the ability to work independently.
