Whether you're a Project Manager ready to deepen your client portfolio, a Senior PM looking to lead a regional practice, or an engineering Manager who wants to shape both the technical direction and the people around you, this role has room for your ambition.

You'll work at the intersection of H&H expertise and client leadership on watershed modeling, FEMA floodplain studies, stormwater master plans, and drainage design across Oklahoma and beyond.Lead clients and project teams in defining objectives, scopes, budgets, deliverables, and schedules for water resources and stormwater projectsOwn client communication and project documentation from kickoff through closeoutPlan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryAnticipate project challenges and guide your team toward smart, creative solutionsUphold WSB's quality standards on every deliverableMentor, develop, and evaluate staffAnalyze project profitability, billing rates, and monthly invoicesDrive business development and cultivate lasting client relationships in floodplain management, stormwater planning, and municipal drainageTravel to client sites for field verification, proposal presentations, submittal reviews, and project meetingsWhat You Will Bring:Required:7+ years of experience in water resources, stormwater management, and H&H engineeringA minimum of 3 years of project management experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental EngineeringActive PE license required or obtained within 6 monthsProficiency in hydrologic modeling (HEC-HMS)Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, both 1D and 2D (HEC-RAS)Experience with ESRI GIS productsFamiliarity with FEMA LOMC submittal processes (LOMRs, CLOMRs, MT-2)Preferred / What Sets You Apart:Demonstrated track record of managing projectsExperience growing, mentoring, and retaining technical staffActive involvement or appetite for business developmentOklahoma-specific project experienceExperience with FEMA Risk MAP or serving as a Cooperating Technical Partner (CTP) contractorWSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
