PS2G is hiring a Project Manager to lead Boundary Applications projects for a major energy and utility client in Springfield, VA. You will plan, run, and deliver projects that connect business systems to the client's core enterprise platforms. You will work with engineering, product, operations, and outside partners to keep work on schedule, on budget, and within scope.
This role suits a self-starter who can contribute quickly with little onboarding.
What You Will Do
- Lead Boundary Applications projects from start to finish, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners so everyone stays aligned and delivers on time
- Build and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
- Run project meetings, track milestones, and manage change requests
- Make sure projects meet organizational standards for data governance and security
- Identify and resolve issues, and escalate when needed
- Support post-implementation reviews and ongoing improvement work
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with software or digital applications
- Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment, such as utilities or energy
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows
- Experience managing several projects at once
