Project Manager - Construction, Labs, Life ScienceWe are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact commercial projects in the Bay Area. As we expand our footprint in the city, we're seeking a Project Manager to lead Lab, Life Science tenant improvement projects with integrity and a commitment to excellence with each project we build. This position reports to our South San Francisco office.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior projects.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing Lab and Life Science TIsStrong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.BenefitsCompetitive base ($160,000-$200,000) + BonusAuto Allowance, Cell Allowance401k Match 3%Full medical, dental & vision21 Days PTO, 10 Paid HolidaysHSA, FSA & Life/disability insuranceFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
