Project Manager, Site DevelopmentThe Project Manager will lead civil engineering design projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for project management, team leadership, client engagement, and financial oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project design teams, ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to engineering standards, and timely deliveryManage all phases of civil engineering projects including conceptual planning, grading, drainage, and utility designOversee project budgets, invoicing, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationshipsPrepare technical proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and change ordersConduct ordinance reviews, coordinate with utility providers, and support construction oversight through site visitsEnsure quality control and compliance with company CAD standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field8+ years of relevant experience in land developmentPE license preferredExperience with stormwater management, hydrology, and site development designProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong knowledge of local land use regulations and permitting processesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesAll applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
