- 10+ years of experience and proven experience as a Project Manager leading SharePoint migration projects.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration.
- Extensive hands-on experience in M365 technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
- Experience with migration tools and methodologies for SharePoint, including data migration, content migration, and site migration.
- Expertise in Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Quick learner on new technology to understand and migrate to existing platforms.
