Project Manager SharepointWorking with a business analyst and/or the business owner, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific business projects primarily with our SharePoint team, ensuring consistency with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.Responsibilities:Working with the SharePoint product owner and business owner to define the project scope, milestones, goals, and deliverablesWorking with the SharePoint product owner to prioritize the team's work within its available capacityCollaborating with business and SharePoint team resources to break the project into proper phases and clearly identify deliverables for each phaseDefining project tasks and resource requirements from various in-house teamsDeveloping project plans at the task, milestone, and resource levelTracking project against plan—anticipating events that may require a contingency plan, recommending corrective action, and ensuring that stakeholders are kept informedEnsuring that issues are properly identified, documented, tracked, and resolvedProviding management, direction, and support to the project teamQualifications:2+ years of project management experience and/or education working on projects of various sizes and complexityExperience working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment—able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProven ability to provide exceptional customer serviceStrong, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation): persuasive, adaptable, encouraging, and motivatingAn independent learner with an eye for detailPrior experience working with SharePoint, a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Project, a plusKnowledge and experience with Agile project management methodology, a plusKnowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS), a plusA background in financial services, a plus
