Project Manager

Trillium Construction is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial construction projects from award through closeout.

This is a direct-hire opportunity and the annual salary is $100,000–$150,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Coordinate clients, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, job costs, and project performance.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety compliance.
• Resolve project issues and provide timely client and internal updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
