Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Managing the support of a mid-large scale product remotely, the full-time Project Manager (Scrum Master) will serve as a primary connection between government stakeholders and the Nava team, triaging issues, facilitating agile ceremonies, and driving alignment across multiple scrum teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between government stakeholders and the Nava team, managing agile ceremonies and triaging production incidents Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners Monitor team velocity and sprint commitment reliability, continuously improving processes for planning and delivering work Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in a complex software development environment 3+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams and facilitating ceremonies Ability to serve as Scrum Master for two concurrent technical workstreams Direct experience using Agile performance metrics to monitor and improve team performance Experience managing engineering ticketing systems, preferably with Azure DevOps and Confluence
