Project Manager - Scrum MasterJob Location: Omaha, NE (100% Onsite - local only, no relocation)Employment Type: FTEKey Technology: Project Management, Agile, Scrum, IT InfrastructureJob Responsibilities:Managing client implementations, projects, and conversions for large/technical custom implementationsResponsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, audit remediations, projects or component phases of larger programsWorking with technical engineers and developers to successfully complete objectivesLead a variety of Sprints that can be security focused, technical tool implementations, application development, and/or technical infrastructure projectsSense of satisfaction after delivering solutions to complex issuesDevelop, coordinate, and execute project phases, drive communications, and resource activities to ensure timely and effective project deliveryFind opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve product efficiencyWork with other groups to generate and offer appropriate solutionsProvide client consultative input on our product and system featuresMay lead and coordinate multi-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of an implementation, project or conversion, from initiation to closureEnsure project management methodologies, Sprint delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followedThis includes managing and driving Agile work, stand-ups, risk/issue management, and scope change managementSkills and Experience Required:Required:5+ years overall project management experience with some of the experience using Agile/ScrumDemonstrated previous experience driving complex IT technical projects/SprintsPrevious experience in a PM role with exposure to Security and/or IT Infrastructure projectsClient facing experience with partners as well as both external and internal clientsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to be able to work after hours/on-call/weekend as needed for deploymentsAbility to physically work in the office 5 days a weekAbility for occasional travel as required (5%-10%)Desired:Project Management Professional (PMP)® and/or SAFe® or Scrum Certification(s)Financial industry experienceExperience working with US Federal Government agenciesMicrosoft OfficeAzure DevOps or JIRA experienceAbility and desire to learn new technical conceptsEducation: High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
