Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects, with a strong focus on Homeowners Association (HOA) communities. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, budget adherence, and excellent client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle of restoration and reconstruction projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage repairsServe as the primary point of contact for HOA boards, property managers, residents, and insurance adjustersDevelop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflowConduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceReview and interpret contracts, blueprints, and insurance estimatesEnsure compliance with local building codes, HOA guidelines, and safety regulationsHandle change orders, project documentation, and reportingResolve project issues, delays, and conflicts professionally and proactivelyMaintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionQualifications3–7+ years of project management experience in restoration, reconstruction, or constructionProven experience working with HOA communities and property management companiesStrong knowledge of insurance claims processes and Xactimate (preferred)Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management software and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sitesPreferred SkillsExperience with large-scale multi-unit residential projectsCertifications such as PMP, OSHA, or IICRC (e.g., WRT, ASD)Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWork EnvironmentCombination of office and field-based workFrequent visits to active construction sites and HOA propertiesMay require occasional after-hours or emergency responseCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus opportunities based on project performanceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays
