Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple enterprise application projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously across enterprise applications
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, development, QA, and infrastructure
- Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing projects involving enterprise applications
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities xhqgsiq
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Experience working in an onsite, collaborative environment
