Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with HCAI (OSHPD) project experience to oversee commercial and healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and project teams.
- Oversee HCAI/OSHPD compliance, inspections, documentation, and closeout requirements.
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve construction issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Minimum 4 years of HCAI/OSHPD project experience required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction, regulatory requirements, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
