Renewyx has teamed up with a growing general contractor in San Diego looking for their next Construction Project Manager, and this one's a strong high rise and multifamily opportunity.

You'd be running Type I work from the GC side, ideally high rise residential, though multifamily experience is just as welcome. If you like owning a project rather than watching it from the CM chair, this is built for you.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

You'll run the job from the general contractor side. That means owning the budget, keeping the schedule honest, managing the field team, and being the go to person for owners, architects, and subs alike.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Extensive construction project management experience with Type I buildings, ideally high rise residential (multifamily also welcome)
• Experience primarily on the general contractor side, not construction management
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Comfortable with the tech side, construction management and scheduling platforms included

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• You've run more than one tower or phase at a time
• You've managed big owner and design team relationships directly

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

• $140K to $170K base salary
• Permanent, full time
• San Diego, CA
