Project ManagerWe are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation with a strong ability to drive execution and ensure alignment across initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery Management: Lead agile teams through sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Ensure agile best practices are followed and continuously improved.Project Oversight: Provide delivery oversight including timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.Governance Reporting: Support governance processes and ensure accurate reporting across initiatives.
Prepare and present status updates to leadership and stakeholders.Stakeholder Management: Ensure adherence to milestones and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate communication between business, technical, and external teams.Risk Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Maintain a risk register and ensure timely escalation and resolution.Budget Resource Planning: Manage project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization. Track expenditures and forecast future resource needs.Change Scope Control: Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Support testing and validation phases of the project lifecycle.Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field. 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in agile environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
