I’m currently working with a commercial General Contractor looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver unique construction projects, working on historic buildings and bringing character, craftsmanship, and quality back to some of Texas’s most distinctive properties. THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects, with a focus on historic buildings
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and project teams
- Take ownership of project schedules, budgets, quality control, and delivery
- Play a key role in delivering complex projects where attention to detail and quality workmanship matter
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience with historic renovations, restorations, or preservation projects would be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and keep projects on track
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Texas
