Responsibilities will include (1) Understand the Customer SOW for the NI services for SDWan deployment and management, Viptela equipment, Network Aggregation (2) Understand the vendor SOWs supporting the NI Services (3) Track implementation and service milestones and initiate scheduled activities (4) Utilize vendor, customer and system tools to maintain a record inventory of equipment and network elements by site (5) Conduct period compliance reviews with the NI vendor that includes performance on service and billing, identify any issues, make recommendations for corrections; Utilize supporting documentation including spreadsheets, system portals, and customer provided details.
