This position is part of an integrated Cushman & Wakefield management team working closely with the facility & engineering, project management, space planning and occupancy teams and the client, to deliver design and project management solutions in alignment with client workplace strategy and aesthetics.Manage interior design and furniture projects including planning, execution, and delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact regarding interior design projects, understanding needs and translating them into actionable design plans.Participate in development and monitoring of budgets. Manage procurement of materials and furnishings.Participate in development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and design documentation for internal use.Assist in maintaining inventories of furniture onsite and in vendor warehouses.Onsite move management for medium (10+) and large projectsPosition is hybrid (3 days in the office per week)Client focusWorking knowledge of furniture systems and ancillary furnitureCommunication proficiency (oral and written)Project managementRelationship managementLeadershipMulti-taskingTechnical proficiencyConsultationOrganization skillsTime managementB.S. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, Cushman and Wakefield provide eligible employees with competitive pay, which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements. The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
