Project Manager

Are you a customer-focused Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer and internal projects from order intake through production, delivery, and project closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, sales, and operations.
• Partner with domestic and international teams to align designs, materials, production schedules, and deliveries.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, change orders, cost impacts, and key milestones.
• Manage customer expectations while proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Support process improvements and help drive best practices in project execution.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage a high-volume project portfolio, often handling up to 15-20 projects simultaneously, all in different stages.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, technical, or renewable energy environments.
• Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, supply chain
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions when needed, and drive projects to completion.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software is preferred.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
