The Project Manager is responsible for managing roofing and construction projects from inspection through completion. This is a field-based, onsite role that involves managing crews, materials, schedules, and customer expectations for commercial and REIT roofing projects. This position is ideal for someone with construction or roofing experience who enjoys being in the field and managing crews, materials, and project details.Responsibilities:Manage roofing projects onsite from start to completionConduct roof inspections and coordinate materialsTrack project costs schedules and timelinesCommunicate with customers vendors and internal teamsResolve jobsite issues while maintaining safety and quality standardsEnsure projects are completed on time and meet company expectationEnsure safety compliance quality standards and workmanshipInspect completed work and address deficiencies as neededProvide regular project updates and documentationRequirements:Roofing or construction project management experience preferredAbility to manage multiple active projects at the same timeStrong organizational communication and problem solving skillsAbility to work with heights and on rooftopsStrong computer skills for documentation and reportingProfessional demeanor with a focus on safety, quality, and accountabilityMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordCompensation and Benefits: $25.00 per hour plus commission opportunities using a 10/ 50/ 50 commission plan with full benefits including medical dental and vision.
