At First Onsite, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your leadership makes a tangible impact, your expertise is valued, and your growth is encouraged every day.Responsibilities:Manage projects from start to finish, including full oversight and quality controlDevelop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgetsReview, approve, and manage subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change ordersMaintain all project documentation: daily logs, reports, inventories, and recordsCoordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reservesPerform billing reviews, audits, and invoicingMonitor project risks and proactively address schedule or budget issuesRespond to on-call needs and manage technician/subcontractor availability, 24/7Fill in as needed, including hands-on tasks and additional responsibilitiesExperience & Education:2+ years as Assistant Project ManagerSkilled in construction drawings, specs, and take-offsSupervised 2+ Area Wide EventsExperience in DR or GCHigh school diploma or equivalent7+ current industry certificationsValid driver's license
