Project Manager

Role Description

We're looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a strong background in site design for residential community and commercial projects. Ideal candidates have experience managing projects independently, leading teams, and are comfortable working directly with clients.

• Prepares proposals, participates in proposal interviews and presentations.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of engineering work
• Manages design team including staff from multiple locations and/or disciplines.
• Responsible for coordinating multiple project completions within budget and on schedule
• Responsible for initiating client billing, handles scope changes and contract administration.
• Can independently perform assignments.
• Mentors other staff and assumes training responsibilities. xzgxqkn
• Develop and maintain client relationships in order to obtain future work
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of site/civil engineering experience related to Land Development
• PE License
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Proficient with other engineering software required in area of expertise
