Job TitleJob Description: This candidate will work closely with Sr. Project and Program managers in the Global Retail Security Solutions PMO to ensure successful project execution and delivery in the retail security hardware infrastructure space. Projects will involve a high level of coordination with hardware suppliers, installation/service security suppliers, and internal and external resources.
Candidate may be assigned to support team as needed through various phases of project lifecycle as project demands and prioritizations change. Depending on business need and ability, candidate may be assigned to manage smaller projects independently.Ideal Candidate Background/Skills:Experience managing and delivering high volume multi-supplier hardware deployments a plus.Work closely with Sr. Project and Program managers to ensure successful delivery and implementation of retail security/infrastructure technology products and services.Sample Project would be overseeing the installation of Virtual Network Video Recorders and cameras in multi-hundred/thousand locations, where candidate is overseeing supplier installation schedules, managing supplier expectations and project execution.Task master / Supplier Mgmt.
- someone who can effectively track multiple work streams and hold suppliers and internal stakeholders on task / accountable but at the same time, understand the bigger picture.Reporting - Responsible for reporting status / updating status in shared service to include, but not limited to, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint.Tactical / Highly organized - Ability to track status across high volume of deployment success and failures and associated ownership and tracking to resolution.Analytical – Ability to identify trends and track project success metrics.Advanced data management skills - Ability to efficiently and accurately merge and manage large volumes of data from multiple data sources a must (pivot, VLook up, Index match, CSV, Excel, Smartsheet).Innovative and Forward thinking - A keen eye to identify opportunities for improvement and propose change.Problem Solver / Problem and Risk management - Ability to collaborate resolution across stakeholders, and escalate incidents to the appropriate level SBUX partner.Maintaining supplier project schedules and status in Smartsheet.Technically savvy – can understand general networking, software and hardware terminology.Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, batch invoice reconciliation, and spend forecasting a plus.Grounded in core PM practices and framework.Self-Starter - Ability to learn and work independently.
