Project Manager For Exterior Commercial Building RestorationWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in exterior commercial building restoration to join our client’s team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial restoration projects involving concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing systems, and exterior building envelope (building skin) work.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage exterior commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through closeoutOversee concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and full building envelope projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordinationEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract specificationsManage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contactIdentify and resolve field issues while keeping projects on time and within budgetRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior commercial restorationStrong background in concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and exterior building skin systemsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
