Overview

Our client is a well-known and respected General Contractor that specializes in commercial construction across the U.S. with a focus on restaurants, large and small retail, car washes, fitness clubs, and hospitality construction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the building process of various construction projects from start to finish
- Work with different stakeholders such as engineers, architects, clients, subcontractors, and workers to communicate goals, coordinate activities, and monitor progress
- Manage the budget, schedule, and quality of the projects
- Secure the necessary permits and funds
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team and ensure that they perform the right tasks at the proper time
Qualifications
- 7+ years commercial construction experience in restaurants, large & small retail, car washes, fitness clubs, and hospitality
- Organized with proficient time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem-solve
- Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Must be goal oriented and a self-starter
