This role is responsible for managing project schedules, quality, safety, budgets, trade partners, and client communication to ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and to the company's high standards of craftsmanship and customer experience. If you're passionate about construction, quality craftsmanship, and delivering outstanding results, you'll fit right in.What you'll get to do:Take overall responsibility for project schedule, quality, safety, budget, and client satisfactionDevelop and manage project schedules, look-ahead plans, and jobsite activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and construction teamsConduct pre-construction scope reviews with trade partners and suppliersEvaluate construction methods and proactively identify solutions to jobsite challengesEnsure materials are ordered, delivered, and available when neededMonitor project costs and maintain accurate construction workflows and documentationInspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, company standards, and local building codesProvide regular progress updates and maintain strong client communication throughout the projectDrive quality by proactively identifying issues and coordinating corrective actionsMaintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite environmentWhat will make you successful:2+ years of residential construction project management, superintendent, or related construction leadership experienceExperience reading and interpreting construction plans and specificationsStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to effectively coordinate multiple projects, vendors, and deadlinesValid driver's license and reliable transportationBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)5+ years of residential construction project management experience (preferred)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)Experience with Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar construction management software (preferred)Experience managing custom home, townhome, condominium, or production residential construction projects (preferred)
