Remote Contract General

Project ManagerThis is a high-value producing consulting position that works at the most-senior levels of the organization. Previous experience delivering combination large-scale business and technical projects is required.

Experience running M&A integrations is required. Excellent collaboration, organizational, oral, and writing skills are required. This position will report to a senior-level manager and will have C-suite access and interaction. The position requires the ability to drive decision making through a consultative and collaborative process. The successful candidate will be an excellent navigator of business, operational, and technical issues and will be capable of creating communication artifacts (PowerPoint presentations and Word documents) for consumption by very senior level managers as well as front-line staff. This role business focused, not IT focused. This position is remote but may require some travel.Qualifications:20 years or more of professional experience is required.15+ years of program management that includes the successful delivery of a wide array of projects that include, M&A integrations, product and services integrations, business process improvement, vendor service delivery, and systems delivery.Previous experience working in Financial Services companies is required.Previous experience working in wealth management companies or broker/dealers is highly desired.Previous experience collaborating with the most senior managers in an organization for the optimization of value delivery to their business.Previous experience presenting and writing reports for C-suite level consumers.Excellent budget planning and management skill and experience is required.Excellent business process analytical skills are required.Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills.Excellent coordination and organizational skills with a high acumen for tracking details.Proven ability to create and manage a portfolio of projects to a budget and a schedule.Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the program.Proven ability to clearly define issues and risks and offer solutions.Progression to program management through a progression of previous project management and business analyst or software development roles is mandatoryAbility to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language).Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to manage across boundaries.High proficiency performing contract analysis.Additional eligibility through pre-employment skills simulations and screenings will be required.Education:MBA preferred, but not required.
