Project ManagerManages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.Key Responsibilities:Facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each projectWorks with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timelineManages project riskWorks with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutionsIdentifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issuesMonitors and communicates project status to project teamMonitors, measures, and communicates with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignmentsPlans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysisProvides input into the design and development of project plans and timelinesMaintains project notes, and other records as requiredIdentifies and assigns appropriate team members to accomplish various project tasksGuides and coaches team members through various stages of the projectLeads multiple projects from inception to completionEducation, Licenses, Certifications:College, university, or equivalent degree required.Experience:Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.1-2 project cycles in regulated industry preferredKnowledge about agile frameworksRequired Skills: GRC (governance, regulation, compliance) experience.
