Experience: Previous project management or client leadership experience preferred

Our Baton Rouge-based business works with clients across retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, managing campaigns and operational projects that support their wider business growth.
We're expanding our leadership team and have an opening for a Project Manager. This position offers the chance to take full ownership of key client accounts while working in a structured, collaborative office environment.
How You'll Spend Your Week
• Leading client campaigns from initial strategy development through to final execution
• Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables and progress trackers
• Directing communications between clients, executive stakeholders and internal teams
• Reviewing campaign performance reports, budget allocations and project documentation
• Identifying operational risks, mitigating challenges and resolving workflow bottlenecks
• Managing team resources and supervising day-to-day project execution across departments
• Conducting milestone reviews and presenting status updates to senior business leads
Ideally, you'll have:
• Experience in project leadership, account management, administration or campaign strategy
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and strong risk management capabilities
• Confidence presenting to external clients and leading internal cross-functional teams
• Ability to oversee complex project portfolios without losing track of milestones
• Working knowledge of project management software, spreadsheets and presentation platforms
• A strategic approach to solving delivery challenges and driving project quality
While formal project management certification is welcome, proven success managing workflows and deliverables in a professional setting is key.
The Working Arrangement
This is a fully on-site Project Manager position in Baton Rouge, working directly with our project delivery and account management teams.
You'll have a consistent weekday schedule, autonomy to direct project strategies and opportunities to further advance your senior management career.
