Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Project / Program Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and deliver client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with external stakeholders (clients, third parties) and internal teams (Program Managers, Sales, Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations) to deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a key point of contact and trust.
• Develop expertise in the EVBS battery space.
• Coordinate with all internal and external project stakeholders, lead project resources, and manage delivery from initial concept through deployment and, when applicable, beyond.
• Identify risks, Escalate and collaborate to drive out solutions.
• Maintain high organization, motivation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering preferred (technical nature of EVBS project and customers).
• Experience with EV batteries a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Client‑facing exposure with proven ability to develop strong relationships.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership attitude.
• Ability to design communication to convey complex issues in an easily understood manner.
• Thrives in a high‑pressure, ever‑changing, demanding environment.

Systems & Tools

• MS Office tools: Project / Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio / Lucid, Word.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
• Preferred candidate will sit in Oklahoma City; however, they may also sit in Las Vegas, NV; Conyers/Atlanta, GA; or Belleville, MI.
