Project Manager with Strong Regulatory Risk ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Regulatory Risk experience to support key risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise delivering programs across regulatory risk, capital rules, data governance, and risk controls, with proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Front Office, and Technology).Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Banking or Financial Services.Strong domain experience in Regulatory Risk (Basel, FRTB, CCAR, Stress Testing, Model Risk, Operational Risk, or Credit Risk frameworks).Good understanding of key risk concepts: VaR, sensitivities/Greeks, capital calculations, exposures, RWA, controls, and risk data flows.Proven ability to manage large cross-functional programs (Risk, Compliance, Front Office, Finance, and Technology).Solid experience with project governance: planning, RAID logs, scope management, reporting.Hands-on experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with MDs and senior regulators.
