This individual will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors and crews, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and maintain strong communication with clients, estimators, and internal teams. Qualified candidates will serve as a key resource for large-scale, high-profile, and complex projects while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational standards.Job DutiesAssist senior leadership and other project managers with large or complex projects as neededParticipate in CAT (catastrophe) response efforts when requiredContinue developing expertise in construction management, building codes, and regulatory complianceServe as a mentor and role model for superintendents and field personnelIdentify opportunities to upgrade or expand services on assigned projectsCommunicate daily with estimators regarding project progress, scheduling adjustments, and challengesContinuously improve project management skills related to budgeting, scheduling, customer communication, and documentationPlan, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field employees through all phases of constructionRead, interpret, and manage blueprints and construction drawingsOversee projects exceeding $1M in valueEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations and safety standardsManage multiple crews and projects simultaneouslyDocument project progress through reports, photo logs, sketches, and field documentationCoordinate project schedules, timelines, and material procurementMonitor quality control and job site safety standardsSupport restoration and reconstruction efforts during emergency response situationsAttend company-sponsored training and safety courses as requiredResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a strong understanding of all company service linesManage project scope, schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality control, and customer communicationEstablish and maintain strong project management processes and documentationReview project requirements daily and communicate progress or challenges to leadershipProvide accurate and timely project documentation, including reports, sketches, and photo logsManage fixed-bid and time-and-material projects effectivelyAssist with vendor and subcontractor qualification processesUnderstand invoicing procedures and maintain accurate project recordsConduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspectionsMaintain professionalism, urgency, attention to detail, and strong customer service standardsWork under deadlines and time-sensitive project schedulesTravel periodically and work evenings or weekends as neededAccurately report labor, equipment, and consumable usageQualificationsCompletion of company-required onboarding and training programs5+ years of construction, restoration, or project management industry experienceStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordinationSales or client relationship experience with the ability to identify upsell opportunitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and WordExperience managing commercial and residential construction or restoration projectsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProfessional demeanor, strong work ethic, and sense of urgencyEnglish literacy and fluency requiredPhysical DemandsFrequent lifting in excess of 50 lbsOccasional assisted lifting of 41 lbs or moreAbility to access and maneuver in tight spacesExtended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and sittingAbility to use mobile devices for data collection, reporting, and time trackingCompensation & BenefitsOur client offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid holidaysPaid time off (PTO)Career advancement opportunitiesOngoing professional training and developmentCompensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, with opportunities for commission and additional compensation.
