Project ManagerTalent Consultant Group is partnered with a client that is currently seeking a Project Manager with 6-12 years of experience in our Reading or Worcester, MA offices. The Project Manager will be primarily serving municipal wastewater client services.Our client is a 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 800 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for their clients.Responsibilities:Overseeing and assisting multi-disciplinary project teams with preparing sewer and drain pump stations/force main designsPlans and specifications for permitting and constructionDesign of sewer and drain rehabilitationPreparing wastewater engineering studies, field evaluations and assessment of existing and newly constructed wastewater systems and facilitiesWork with and mentor staffParticipate in professional organizations and technical committeesTravel may be requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental EngineeringExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS preferredPE is preferred or ability to become licensed within six monthsMust have experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients at a time, along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects.Strong writing and verbal communications skillsValid driver's licenseBenefits:Flexible work environmentCompetitive compensationIndustry-leading benefitsExciting career growth opportunitiesA supportive and dynamic corporate culture that embraces diverse perspectives and recognizes people for their contributions
