Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from development and launch through enhancements and end-of-life planning.
• Develop product strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to align products with customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and new product opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies, forecasting, and product profitability.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, sales teams, and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong technical background; an engineering degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, aerospace, sensors, or related industries.
• Understanding of product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
