In this highly visible and accountable role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters, providing leadership, operational oversight, and day-to-day management of a skilled workforce.
You will hold full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor and will be responsible for ensuring all contract requirements are met with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.Shift Structure:Monday through Friday: Government's regular working hours (on-site)Must be available on-site within one hour after the Government's regular working hoursKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters, holding full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in dealings with the Government customerDesignate and develop an alternate PM to ensure continuity of coverage and uninterrupted contract supportLead and manage a skilled workforce delivering services consistent with the size, scope, and complexity of the contract requirementsEnsure contract compliance across all performance areas, including adherence to schedules, deliverables, service level agreements, and quality standardsMaintain a consistent on-site presence during the Government's regular working hours and ensure rapid response availability outside of core hoursBuild and sustain strong relationships with government stakeholders, providing regular status updates, briefings, and proactive communication to ensure alignment and transparencyOversee program financials and resources, including budget management, staffing plans, and strategic resource allocation to maximize efficiency and mission effectivenessDrive a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-service oriented performance across all contract activitiesManage subcontractor and vendor performance, holding partners accountable to contractual obligations and deliverable quality standardsPrepare and deliver comprehensive written and verbal communications, including executive-level briefings, status reports, and other required contract documentationKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexityProven track record managing government contracts with demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics and customer expectationsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of government and corporate leadershipDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-accountability environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat; skilled in creating complex spreadsheets, professional briefings, and comprehensive written documentsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, including providing security briefings and debriefings as requiredMust perform all duties in an extremely professional, customer-service oriented mannerOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
