As a Quality Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive QA/QC process across the organization. This critical leadership position reports directly to the Quality | Senior Project Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving quality excellence throughout all our projects. Your expertise will be essential in utilizing effective and innovative tools to serve as a trusted resource for employees across the company.

You will be instrumental in elevating our quality standards and ensuring successful project outcomes while enjoying a balanced work environment that includes both office and field settings, with occasional travel within Texas.

Ability to travel 2-3 times per month for site visits and meetings
5+ years of experience in on-site construction environments
Preferred degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of companywide QA/QC Quality Control Plans to ensure consistent quality across projects
Provide strong leadership in managing QA/QC policies and processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
Champion quality initiatives, including checklists and inspection photo processes, to enhance project quality
Track and evaluate warranty work to inform and guide future quality improvements across the organization
Collaborate with VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) to champion the Collaborative Project Planning (CPP) process
Lead CPP process development and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with quality objectives
Communicate with owners and design teams on quality matters to ensure all parties are aligned on project quality standards
Mentor and develop Quality Managers and early career Superintendents to nurture the next generation of construction leaders
Train teams on quality initiatives and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence
Continuously improve, refine, and develop QA/QC processes to adapt to new challenges and opportunities
