planned task and milestone completion dates; prepare written documentation explaining any milestone variances within thirty (30) days of planned completionPrepare and present Project Status Reviews (PSRs) as part of monthly reporting requirementsPrepare draft cost estimates and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new projects, customer requirements, and application re-engineering effortsSupport IT project management using Agile and Kanban methodologies; use Azure DevOps Server as the primary configuration and project management toolParticipate in ITSMO meetings, technical and operational process discussions, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) reviewsCollect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to acquisition and product programs; apply government-instituted processes for documentation and change controlQualifications:Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or Master's Degree (MA/MS) in a business, technical, or engineering discipline or related fieldMore than ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional descriptionWorks on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the program; performs all functional duties independently; may oversee less senior staffEducation Substitution (non-degree options): Six (6) years of additional work experience related to the labor category functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree; alternatively, an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. An Associate's Degree requirement may be met with a High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years of additional work experience.Physical Demands:Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of timeOccasional travel and overtime may be requiredRequired Clearances and Screenings:This position is subject to a government background investigation and requires an active SECRET security clearance.
