Project Manager - PrefabricationAppleton, Wisconsin, United StatesResponsible for planning, directing, and coordinating designated prefabrication projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This includes managing all phases of the project either directly or through subordinate supervisors.Coordinate and process incoming bid requests in collaboration with Business Development and Estimating teamsDevelop and review project estimates, including labor, material costs, and subcontractor pricingEvaluate project proposals to establish timelines, budget constraints, resource allocation, and staffing plansPartner with Project Controls to set budgets and track financial performanceLead project kickoff meetings to align all departments on schedules and deliverablesOversee procurement of subcontractors and materials, including preparation of purchase requisitionsAssign tasks and define scope, responsibilities, and authority across the project teamDirect project activities to ensure progress aligns with goals, deadlines, and financial targetsReview status reports, adjust plans as needed, and communicate updates to stakeholdersProvide technical support and problem-solving to address project issuesEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations and coordinate with government agenciesManage change orders and contractual adjustments in a timely mannerMonitor shipping schedules to meet client deadlinesResolve outstanding project issues to support prompt invoicing and paymentsConduct project close-out, lessons learned, and continuous improvement evaluationsStrong analytical and team-based resolution skillsEffective planning, execution, and monitoring of projectsResponsive to client needs and committed to deliverablesEnsures accuracy, process improvements, and high standardsAbility to manage change and shifting project requirementsBachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience (10+ years preferred in a related role)Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordExperience with prefabrication platforms such as SpoolFab, Tekla, or Tekla EPMFamiliarity with ASME and/or AISC fabrication quality standardsStrong communication skills both written and verbalHighly organized and detail-orientedMust be capable of standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting as neededVision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentReasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
