Without you, it's just data.AMDEX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The Project Manager shall be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will possess experience in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets that meet the requirements of TMX-PIO stakeholdersCoordinating and leading cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution, including setting goals, objectives, and prioritiesIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and developing and implementing effective contingency plans to minimize potential impactsMonitoring and reporting project progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders on a regular basis, including providing timely and accurate updates on project status, issues, and changesEnsuring compliance with established project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental managementCommunicating project status, issues, and changes to TMX-PIO stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner, including providing recommendations for corrective action as neededDeveloping, maintaining, and storing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant records, in accordance with TMX-PIO's document management policies and proceduresRequirements:Bachelor's degree5-8 years of relevant experience.Certifications:ADKAR or equivalentAMDEX Corporation offers a competitive salary package and attractive benefits package.Medical | Dental | Vision (Base plan employee premiums 100% company paid)Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance, STD and LTDEmployee Assistance Plan and Employee Discounts11 Federal Holidays | PTO accrual with carryover401(k) Plan with company match | Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical, Dependent, TransitTuition Reimbursement & Training Assistance
