- Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree preferred
- 7 years+ or more experience with managing multiple projects
- 5 years or more experience with leading projects in Automotive, Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, Dealer Management Systems, or Insurance industry is strongly preferred
- 5 years or more experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and consulting resources.
- Experience leading Business Intelligence, enterprise reporting, data management, analytics, or system migration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data governance, reporting platforms, data validation, and business process transformation.
- Advanced analytical skills
- Demonstrate skill in working with a matrixed team focused on large complex initiatives
- Expert understanding of cross functional business structures
