The company is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee mechanical scopes from start to finish. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills who are looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle of HVAC and Plumbing scopes on commercial construction projectsOversee project schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billingsCoordinate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and ensure timely delivery of materialsMaintain close communication with superintendents, foremen, journeymen, and QA teamsWork directly with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to meet project goalsEnsure work is performed in compliance with project timelines and quality standardsQualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of experience with a mechanical contractor (HVAC/Plumbing required)Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam; experience with Quickpen/Accubid preferredStrong knowledge of California HVAC and Plumbing codesBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and remain detail-oriented under pressureCompensation + BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunities
