This position is responsible for overall project performance, including safety, schedule, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with field leadership, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract requirements and Crescent's standards of excellence.What You'll DoManage all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and cash flow projectionsCoordinate closely with superintendents, field engineers, and project staff to ensure efficient execution of workEnsure compliance with safety programs, environmental regulations, and company policiesManage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performanceReview and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applicationsMonitor project costs, production, and progress and implement corrective actions as neededCommunicate effectively with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal stakeholdersLead project meetings, including progress, coordination, and owner meetingsIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesSupport workforce development through mentoring and leadership of project teamsEnsure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and successful project closeoutWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 7–10 years of heavy civil construction experience, with significant experience on water and wastewater projectsProven experience managing medium to large water and wastewater projectsStrong understanding of treatment plant construction, pump stations, underground utilities, and related infrastructureAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsStrong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, planning, and time management abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and WordExperience with project management and cost control systems preferredAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teamsMust be capable, licensed, and approved to drive a company vehicle to job sites and officesThis job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
