The Project Manager ( "PM") will lead multiple projects through all phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The PM will work with third party application vendors and cross functional internal teams to direct the applications implementation and integration for both new applications and existing systems. This position pays attractive salary & compensation package with solid opportunity to grow within the organization.The core responsibilities include:The PM will be responsible for implementing the technology roadmap of the company across the various business units, primarily through 3rd party tools and technologies and outsourced implementations. With an understanding of the Healthcare Staffing business, the PM will identify project scope and technology requirements for the purpose of negotiating implementation agreements with 3rd party vendors.The PM will create, manage, and track project plans, schedules, scope, integration, implementation, and costs.Work with management and key business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Manage communication with project team members, vendors, management, and stakeholdersOwn the project risk identification and mitigation process.Monitor the project financials against the project percent completion to ensure the project is running on-trackQualifications:Experience or expertise managing projects involving following technologies and applications like – Bullhorn ATS, Bullhorn One (BH1), NetSuite, Workato, Celigo, Sense, Work Llama, AI/Client and others10+ years of technical project management and applications implementation experience of which at least 3+ years' experience in healthcare staffing industry A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related PMP certified with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong experience in full project life cycle management.
Experience managing medium scale projects involving 3rd party integration, content management and overall User Experience and Journeys.
