Project ManagerPosition Summary: StrataTech Education Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery governance and coordination of enterprise initiatives. The Project Manager ensures delivery discipline, visibility, risk management, and dependency coordination while business sponsors retain accountability for outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, enables strong governance practices, and drives execution across technology, operational, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle delivery of enterprise initiatives including technology, operational transformation, process improvement, and strategic programsProvide end-to-end project delivery governance including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closureSupport PMO standards, governance frameworks, project intake processes, prioritization, and methodologiesManage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying complexity, risk, and visibilityDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical pathsFacilitate cross-functional coordination and dependency management across teams and initiativesPrepare and deliver executive reporting including status, risks, issues, and escalation managementIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions and recovery strategiesPartner with Change Management to support stakeholder engagement, communication planning, adoption readiness, and transition activitiesDrive financial management including budgets, forecasting, and variance trackingManage vendor relationships, contracts, and performanceEnsure quality through testing, validation, and acceptance processesStrengthen the transition to operational ownership ensuring business readiness and sustainability post-implementationSupport enterprise portfolio visibility and contribute to PMO Center of Excellence improvementsRequired Knowledge, Education and Experience:3+ years project management experience across enterprise initiatives (technology, operational, and strategic)PMP or similar certification preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Experience with project management tools and methodologiesProven ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExperience with enterprise systems and/or business transformation initiativesStrong skills in planning, governance, risk management, and reportingPeople Responsibilities:Promote accountability while maintaining strong working relationshipsAdapt communication for executive, technical, and operational audiencesFoster transparency, ownership, and problem-solving cultureSet expectations for communication, collaboration, and escalationRecognize contributions during high-pressure delivery environmentsPhysical Environment:Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environmentIncumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminalIncumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephones and other office equipmentStooping, bending twisting, and reaching may be requiredSome work may be completed in classroom or shop environments.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
