Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Re-pricing of FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates.Lead and oversee the execution of the project.Ensure alignment with strategic objectivesUtilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance.Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budgetIdentify and mitigate program risks and issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program successEnsure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12Provide leadership and guidance to program teamsParticipate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teamsMonitor and report program performance metricsCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concernsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key skills; "Project Management", "Pricing", "FAR/DFAR",Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related rolesStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee complex programsStrong understanding of program management principles and methodologiesAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related fieldAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environmentKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
