Project ManagerCrossTech is seeking a Project Manager on an ongoing basis to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring that all technical and business deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership skills, a solid understanding of software development and infrastructure processes, and experience managing projects in an Agile or hybrid environment. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple medium-to-large initiativesDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership teamsOversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality metrics to ensure successful deliveryCoordinate technical teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standardsTrack project milestones, update forecasts, and report progress to leadership through dashboards and status meetingsManage changes in scope, schedule, and cost through structured change control processesFacilitate daily or weekly Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure alignment with business goalsIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on deliveryPartner with Program Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure integration across systems and teamsMaintain accurate documentation of project plans, resource allocations, and risk registersPromote collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication among technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projectsWorking knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and project lifecycle best practicesProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsStrong understanding of SDLC processes, testing methodologies, and release managementExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallelEffective communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders and technical teamsDemonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent project management certificationExperience managing cloud, data, or digital transformation projectsKnowledge of portfolio management frameworks and enterprise governance practicesCompensation Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsLocation Philadelphia, PA
